Touch Europe Level 3 Course

Are you a Level 2 Referee, looking to further your skills as either a referee or player? Then this course is for you. It is open to all referees, whether focussing on Refereeing, or whether you are a player Ref.
This is a 2 day course and both days must be attended.
Venue: TBC, but will be in Edinburgh.
