Edinburgh 10s Festival - Beginners Touch Event

Raeburn Place, Edinburgh

Edinburgh 10's and In 2 Touch are  joining forces for our second year and will be running a beginners touch event in conjunction with the Edinburgh 10's tournament to be held in Edinburgh on Saturday 1st June.

The event is part of the Edinburgh 10's Festival located at Edinburgh Academicals RFC. This is a large event that has touch and 10's taking place on the same fields which creates a great atmosphere and with our Thistly Cross Cider tent, Red Bull tent, Illegal Jack's food marquee and Chidrens play are including bouncy castle, it is a great day out for all the family.

It would be great to get your team involved not just to experience a quality one day tournament in a competitive environment for a new team but also to get a minimum of 5 games throughout the course of the day with similar ability teams in a festival atmosphere. 


If you re unable to register a full team you can register as an individual and the event organisers will put you into a team looking for players.  This is a great way to meet like minded individuals and have a great day out to boot.

Venue - Edinburgh
Time - 12pm-5pm 
AfterParty - Opal Lounge with band Bleeker performing live
Cost - £150 per team - includes lunch per player

           £15 per individual entry - includes lunch

E7F Touch Cup

Scottish Touch are proud to be taking an active part in the Edinburgh 7s Festival, one of the Largest Multi-Sport Festivals in Scotland. 

Friday will see Scottish Touch run sessions for School-aged kids, introducing some of them to Touch for the first time.

Saturday and Sunday will see a Mens Open and Womans Open tournament take place. 

There will be free camping on-site, and access to the 3 day festival for all teams participating.
