Scottish Touch would like to congratulate James Matthew, and Stephen Hart on their selection for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. 

James Matthew, pictured at last season's Home Nations event, has been selected as one of eight Referees for the Rugby Sevens. Stephen Hart, has been selected as an Assistant Referee.
