Central Scotland

Centred around Stirling Touch, the sport in our region has grown year upon year since a small enthusiastic group first gathered to play in 2001.  Touch is the perfect social sport, catering for guys and girls of all ages, fitness levels and experience.  We offer the chance to play socially or the platform in which to develop to regional and national representation.  We have qualified coaches, referees and are always on the look out for new players.  (Euan Kerr, President)

Central Region Touch Association

The Scottish Touch Association are the governing body for Touch in our country and sitting under them are Regional Associations. These existed in Edinburgh, North East Scotland and Glasgow and on 23rd January 2012 the new Central Region Touch Association was formed.
Central Region Touch Association are responsible for assisting in the growth of the sport within Stirling, Falkirk, Hillfoots and the surrounding areas.
This will be done by working closely with local clubs and event organisers and offering support through affiliation. This support will come in way of providing methods of developing players, referees and coaches and assisting in attracting new players to the game.

Regional Training

Regional training is usually incorporated alongside Stirling Storm Touch Club's training.  The focus on Regional gathers focus prior to the Scottish National Championships where training is split to Men and Women, with coaching then trials to give everyone in the region the opportunity to compete at that level.  This is open to new players or current players representing any club who reside in Central Region.
